Working in the industry on the lending side I'm impressed with his knowledge that he has about the current market and how he uses that to educate his clients (including me and my family) while he helps buy and sell their homes. I was also super appreciative of how quickly he and his teamwork and as well his ability to negotiate! What I liked the most is that I never felt like he didn't have our best interest at heart. I could not have asked for a better realtor than Nic when we sold our home in Milwaukie, Oregon and bought our new home in Canby, Oregon. We had a lot of issues getting our home ready to sell but Nic was there, guiding and helping us every step of the way. He offered advice, options and resolutions. He introduced us to our mortgage broker, recommended someone when we needed a new furnace, another when there was an electrical issue and a roofer when we had to replace it. All these people were friendly and did quality work. From the day we put our home on the market until the day we closed on our new home, Nic was there for us.
